Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (USC) has a network of retail stores all over Pakistan with its own Supply Chain Management System, Warehouses and Procurement System.

USC had to rely on manual reporting and data analysis, which was time-consuming and prone to errors due to its large and expansive procurement system. The Corporation tendered to engage consultancy firm to help in preparation of terms or reference, evaluation, and selection recommendation of POS system along with Hardware to be implemented at USC.
